Our Return Policy:  Please read carefully before your Purchase

Dear customers: We value your business.  We want to make sure are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a wrong or defective item, or are not satisfied about your purchase, please contact us right away after you receive the item. We will gladly work with you to resolve any problems. 1. All return/exchange request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.  In your email request please make sure to include your order # or original order confirmation email. No Return or Exchange is allowed without our authorization. 
 

2. Buyer will be responsible for all S/H costs for return and exchange unless we sent you the wrong or defective items.  5% restock fee will be charged for any returned item for refund unless it's wrong or defective sent by us.

3. Return of any free shipping item is subject to 15% restock fee to cover original shipping cost. 

4.  Please read the detailed information of the product carefully and feel free to ask questions before your purchase.  We will response to your questions within 24 hours.  

5.  All sales are final for any item that is marked "Final Sale" .  No return and exchange will be allowed for any "Final Sale" item.

6.  Please allow 1- 2 weeks to process your return/exchange request after we receive your returned item.
